Once we were happy with our selection, she was patient and helpful as we negotiated a rather protracted settlement. Raine and Horne were also helpful with managing the rental (we did have a wonderful tenant, which always helps) and with advice on repairs and restoration work. When we needed to resell, for family reason,s we were very happy to come back to Natalie and again she treated all parties with respect and sound information on which to base decisions. Natalie was very supportive as I have not enough info about Bathurst, she gives better vision for the market and will find you things that suits your purchase criteria, Natalie is very helpful and works her best to accommodate with your time, I dealt with few agents since 2004 but Natalie became the top of my list.
