From the very beginning, Natalie was warm and welcoming. She’s a wealth of knowledge who guided us through the whole process with ease. She was very accomodating of our young children and was always happy to oblige any questions or requests we had. Natalie’s communication was top level - she always had a quick turn around with all steps in the process.
