The people carrying out the pest and building inspections were able to get the keys from her real estate office easily. When I rang about a pre-settlement inspection, Natalie promptly arranged this. She met me at my new house after settlement and handed me my new house keys. On entering, there was a wonderful hamper from her office as a thank you to me. Thank you Natalie for making what can be a very long and drawn-out process such a smooth undertaking.
