Easy to deal with, responsive, open and honest

Natalie was great to work with on the purchase of our next family home. She was very responsive, open and honest in her communication and has been so helpful even after the sale to help with liaising with the vendors on some moving admin. There was also quite a lot of back and forth on the settlement date as there were numerous sales linked to this transaction and Natalie handled it perfectly, keeping everyone informed and up to date, which we really appreciated.
