Natalie worked very hard over along time to sell our apartment. Our apartment had a Tennant and he created some awkward excuses not to comply to having people inspect the apartment as well as not leaving the apartment is reasonable show condition for potential buyers. Natalie took over from a previous sales person and with help from Chloe from Harcourt's,Natalie finally negotiated a very difficult tenant to finally sell the apartment. Professionally it took a lot of her expertise to work around an awkward sell over an 12 month period .There were many twists and turns in this sale but communications and how to deal with the difficult situations her communications and support finally won in the end.
