We originally reached out to Natalie about a property we saw online and she was quick to get back to us. She spoke to us about that property and offered a few other options and we settled on coming to see two. After looking at many different properties and speaking to many different agents, working with Natalie was a breath of fresh air. She quickly gained a good understanding of what we were looking for, was very honest about the properties we enquired about and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need / want. The properties were also as described / sold online and by her over the phone. We knew we wanted a turn-key investment property and after being let down by viewing a multitude of homes presented by other agents with excessively photoshopped display pictures and overly inflated descriptions, it was refreshing to walk into a house that was what we expected.
