Selling one's residential home can be a very stressful experience especially if you do not choose the right real Estate Agent. When my wife and I decided to downsize and to sell our house in City Beach we became very concerned after experiencing three months of nominal response by would be buyers and so took the decision, at the end of our exclusive sales agreement with one agent, to terminate that contract and opt for an alternative Real Estate agent. A very good and close friend of ours suggested we try Optimus and in particular Natalie Snooks. We took this advice and subsequent to our meeting Natalie and receiving her appraisal we signed up with her. At no additional cost to ourselves Natalie arranged for a professional lady to come and provide advice as to how we could better present our home for sale and also she arranged for a new set of photographs to be taken which we were so much happier with compared with the previous ones taken. Three home opens were rapidly arranged and very well managed. The offers started to come in and it was not long before we received one which we decided to accept. From acceptance of offer through to settlement there were a few hiccups but Natalie was always there to ensure these minor problems did not affect the sales process. Natalie also recommended to us a removal company which we subsequently used and they were excellent and very competitive with their charges. Jeanette and I are now settling into our new home and when we reflect on our recent moving experience both of us agree that our only regret is that we did not go to Natalie initially.
