If it was not for Nat and her team we would of not gotten the result we did. Nat was so easy to work with - great with communication, responsive and reassuring. Her data base of the local area was fantastic and contributed to our result. She worked hard to get us the best price for our unit - which we felt she really did (only months prior did the unit next door sold by another agent get a much lower price).
