Whenever, we wanted to have a second or third look at a property, she made herself available in spite of her obviously busy schedule. She offered us some comparable alternate options to consider prior to our taking a decision on this particular property. She expedited the release of Section 32 details when the lawyers were taking a long time to forward it. Our rights and liabilities were brought to our notice and we felt that our interests were adequately safeguarded in the process, She responded to every phone call in less than an hour.
