Having never sold a house we were anxious about picking the right agent that would be honest but also get the best result. Natalie ticks all the boxes she is quick to respond, professional and had a clear understanding of how to exploit the strengths of the house. The sale preparation cost more then expected. But right on Natalie’s advice it saw an increase in market value. But more notably resulted in a very short time on market.
