Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this agent being rude and with poor communications. As the market turns from being so demand driven with vendor agents dictating terms, at times with arrogance, to one rewarding support and encouragement toward buyers, a different approach to those buyers will be needed to secure the most interest and best results.
