Natasha worked very hard for me, I did have another agent as well whom had my property for sale for over 4 years, I never heard if or when they had taken prospective buyer to view property not even sure if they had. Natasha was advising me on each occasion she had a viewing and gave me good feed back on what their thoughts were on the property.I would reckon mend Natasha and the sales people at Wauchope real estate to any one. Maurice

the process went without any problems. A quick and easy purchase.

Thanks Natasha for your guidance, support and knowledge through the process of buying our first home. Your professional approach from the get-go was strongly evident, instilling in us the confidence to have you as our agent. Communication was second to none throughout the process and your willingness to let us check the property out more then once was greatly appreciated. Having spent the first weekend in our new home starting our DIY jobs, we are so excited and happy for the future. We have no hesitations in recommending you to anyone looking to buy a place in the future. Thanks again, Rachel and Brad.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Natasha Costigan to anyone looking to sell their home. Natasha was prompt and courteous at all times. She had a genuine interest in selling our property for us and had a great knowledge of the current market situation. Natasha kept us informed every step of the way through the selling process and assisted us with any queries we may have had. We couldn't fault Natasha either on a professional or personal level.

Moving into the area, we had no idea what to expect of the market. Natasha helped us with our purchase and worked through any of the humps and bumps quickly and honestly. Highly recommended.

i would highly recommend Natasha, very helpful and friendly and made the whole buying process a very smooth transition.

Natasha Costigan was most helpful, reliable & contactable in the process of myself & my wife buying this home.

After having had my property listed with another estate agent for some months with no results. I thank Natasha for listing my property with a very quick and positive result. I found Natasha very professional .

We first met Natasha at an open house in late 2015 while we were visiting Wauchope from Sydney. After chatting with her about our requirements she offered to look out for and email us details of relevant properties as they came up for sale in Wauchope. Because of the distance we were unable to inspect any properties however she was quite happy to take my mum through the ones we were interested in. After a couple disappointments we were finally able to secure a lovely property, one which we never would have considered without Natasha suggesting it was worth a look. During the whole process Natasha was very attentive and after a bad experience with a dodgy local agent, it was refreshing to feel we could trust her to move forward not only with our best interests at heart, but also the vendor's.

Natasha was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. We can not thank her enough for the quick sale of our much loved home. Tash was always available to talk to and nothing was ever a drama. We will be using her for our future real estate needs and would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a local agent.

Natasha was fantastic through the sale of our house!! She always kept us up to date and we couldn't of done it without her!! I would recommend Natasha to anyone!!

My partner and I have known Natasha for a few years now so it would be assumed we would just ‘choose’ to list our property with her no questions asked. I would like to say yes that is probably true but knowing Natasha on a personal and a professional level she prides herself in doing the best she can for others, holds high standards for herself and those around her and will not give up on the current task at hand until it is completed to a high level of satisfaction. I had to ask myself who else would we trust our pride and joy with? The answer was pretty simple. From when we approached Natasha to list our property she was realistic with the market appraisals and honest with her suggestions for pre- listing work that was required to be done to ensure we would get the best price possible. She emanates a sense of trust-worthiness that makes you feel very secure during what is without a doubt a very involved process. Natasha was productive and proactive throughout the entire process; we were kept informed every step of the way. she had us prepared for every scenario possible and was always there to reassure us through any doubts. I could go on with positive things about Natasha; her quality of service, her level of professionalism and her overall personality but the ‘proof is in the pudding’ within less than 24hrs from our property being listed Natasha had an accepted offer for only a little less than our asking price, contracts exchanged a few days later and that was all before Christmas!! We cannot thank Natasha and the team at Wauchope Real Estate enough for blowing our expectations out of the water with the sale of our house.. We highly recommend Natasha to anyone buying or selling, you won’t regret it. Thanks tash!!
