Natasha (Harcourts, Broadwater) was the agent for the unit in which purchased in June 2021, in the same building she lives in. Natasha was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me, understood my needs from the very first open house even giving me ideas on how better utilize the space. Natasha was always available to answer my questions any time of the day and to show me the apartment any time I asked. She went above and beyond and liaised with my solicitor. I was fortunate two walk into the office at the right time and purchased value for money, did not have to look for weeks etc. and the unit /flat is exactly what I required. Natasha was helpful and honest. My only slip was that I did not inspect the washing machine which is broken but I should be able to get it repaired [ my fault , my problem].
