I did not have the pleasure of meeting Natasha personally due to Covid travel restrictions but we did communicate by phone. Natasha inspected the apartment in the presence of a friend of mine, who has had real estate marketing experience, and immediately impressed my friend with the knowledge she had of the building and the marketing potential for my apartment. Following that inspection, i signed an agreement to sell and within a few days i had a call from Natasha to tell me she had a buyer and the apartment was sold. Natasha was a pleasant and friendly person to deal with and has an extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast property market. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential buyer or seller.
