Natasha St Ange; You local resident agent for Santa Barbara, Hope Island.
Born on the Channel Island of Guernsey, Natasha emigrated to Australia with her family in 2000 and completed her final school years at St Hildas School in Southport. It was here that Natasha discovered her love of architecture, engineering and property, driving her to pursue a double degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management at Griffith University.
Upon graduation Natasha began work as a structural engineer with the Robert Bird Group, working on various high profile developments around South East Queensland; The Oracle, Vision and Charlotte Towers to name a few. Whilst progressing her career as a structural engineer, Natasha’s passion for real estate drove her to complete her Queensland sales license by correspondence.
In 2009, Natasha joined her parents for a short stint as a property manager prior to emigrating back to Guernsey, where she invested in the local property market and continued to practice as a structural engineer.
Mid 2012 saw Natasha return to the sunny Gold Coast to join Michelle and Jose St Ange, at Ray White Hope Island to further grow the business and better service the needs of our clients.
Natasha attributes her success in both structural engineering and real estate to a strong, honest work ethic that ensures that all her clients are offered a dedicated, personalised service. Having both lived and worked in Hope Island over the past 10 years, Natasha offers a sound knowledge and passion for the area few can match.
