Right from the start always had our best interest at heart, we weren't just a number or a dollar sign, was there for us and how he could help us. Nathaniel has a great set of attributes and skills which makes him excel in his profession and with people he comes in contact with. He is honest which is hard to find in the real estate sector today, great selling point for us upon choosing a real estate agent. Also is great at communicating, always keeping us informed throughout the whole process, always asking if we had any questions throughout the whole process and that we understood everything. Is compassionate, and very understanding, we could have settled privately and he still helped and encouraged us to do what's best for us, had our best interest at heart. A great people person, always remaining professional at all times. Has great knowledge about property but was always honest enough if he didn't know of something would go away and find out. Lastly has a great work ethic, took awhile to sell our place but always remained constant in doing all he could to sell for us, in the end got over what we expected to get for our home.
