Nathan was very credible, friendly & had a good market knowledge. He called a spade a spade & I believe that is what people want. He went out of his way to have a few repairs done before the open house & Scotty the handyman came to the rescue, excellent job. Selling or buying a house is a very stressful time & I would recommend Nathan for the job.
