
We required to sell our property by a certain date, unfortunately the timing didn't line up with the hotest period. Nathan drove a strong marketing campaign and went to auction with several registered bidders. Unfortunately there was hesitation during the auction and Nathan recommended we pass in and adjust strategy. I am so thankful for that advice! The pass-in created a new wave of interest which Nathan leveraged off to create a bidding war between several interested parties. Long storey short, 2 weeks later we sold the property for $150k more than the highest bidder at auction, and achieved a result over our expectations! From a Vendors perspective, this was an extremely stressful and volitile time. Throughout the whole process Nathan was informative, professional, positive and highly motivated to achieve a result that we were happy with. We could have decided to sell at auction, it was Nathan's strong opinion not sell at auction and adjust strategy. Nathan is a great agent!
