Nathan was everything I could have asked for in a realestate agent! He knew everything about the property and was able to answer every question that I threw at him. Nathan was so helpful with working times around to suit my schedule and work life for me to view and discuss the property. I was wanting to move into the house I was purchasing immediately after settlement but the house had a tenant residing in the home. Nathan did absolutely everything in his power to try meet all of my expectations and he somehow managed to do so. The tenant had agreed to move out by the settlement date and I got to move straight into my newly purchased home. Nathan was a dream agent and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He will be the first agent I will be meeting with in the future. LEGEND!

Found Nathan very good and thoughtful when going through the process and getting the best he could even when i asked to push for better.
Very easy to deal with. Just went about and did his job to the best of his ability. He was able to achieve a very satisfactory price for us under the circumstances the current market was in.
As a first home buyer, I felt that I had to ask to many questions, follow up with the agent consistantly and ask friends and family if how I was being dealt with as a property buyer was normal.... As a young person that works in a sales environment myself, buying a house, I felt left out of the loop with this real estate agent. In his defense, he is also young and not experienced in real estate obviously. He needs to work on building rapport with his buyers, more professional in his communication and paper work skills.

We had plans to obtain at least 3 quotes and indeed already had contact details ready when Nathan came around, we were impressed with his manner and his presentation. we are in no doubt that the work he did in putting together the internet presentation was what sold our home. The photography and selection of shots was excellent and from our point of view were left in no doubt that this presentation was what brought the purchaser to buy this home. Nathan was in contact with us after hours on a number of occasions always looking out for our wellbeing, he is a credit to Burns and Co and my wife and I wish him all that he wishes for himself in the future.
I highly recommend Nathan as he is very professional and knows how to deal with both parties for the best outcome. Nathan has a good understanding of the local market and is eager to help in any way he can in order to meet his clients needs.
