I may not have been the easiest buyer for Nathan. I visited the property that we ended up purchasing at least 5 times and the majority of these were privately scheduled due to other constraints I was juggling. Throughout Nathan was extremely professional, helpful, flexible and responsive to my requests, he worked hard to put in extra time to accommodate my viewings. At one point we were ready to 'let this one go' because of other things going on in my life but because Nathan made it easy for me to view the property again he ended up getting more money for his vendor and I ended up with a property that I'm delighted with. It's so refreshing to find an agent like this, it feels like some other might be in such a hurry to close the deal (and secure their commission) that they don't do the work to truly find the top price. So I highly recommend Nathan and would happily engage him to sell my home and work with him again.
