Although the Sydney property market was heading for a downturn I had decided to sell my Newtown property before things got worse. I contacted a number of agents most of whom gave me a gloomy and pessimistic assessment of securing my target price. Finally I contacted Nathan Briggs who was much more positive. While noting conditions were deteriorating he was confident he could secure my minimum price and possibly more.
