In short, I'm here to listen and I'm here to help. I've been in the real estate world for over 15 years and have seen a lot in that time. From starting in the GFC times where you struggled to give them away, to the frantic market of 2014 and all the unknowns of a global pandemic. What I've learnt over those years and experiences is, you need an agent that will guide and drive you and your property to find the best buyer, not the first buyer. But most importantly, you need someone that listens and understands your situation. People move at different times and for totally different reasons and being an agent that can adapt to those individual situations is where I come into your picture. Being a Director at Realmark Coastal, I understand. I get that communication is paramount but above all, being honest is the most valuable asset.

Overseas vendor stoked with results!

We used Dan Cagorski and his team at RealMark to sell our apartment in Scarborough Beach. We live in NZ and we felt comfortable to trust Dan and his team to do the entire sale remotely. He was trustworthy, honest and hard working and the team were fantastic to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service

Dan and Rebecca were fantastic to deal with, their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble from preparing the property for sale to settlement. This was especially important for us as we had to complete all our dealings via email or by phone as we were overseas. Would thoroughly recommend!
