A graduate of the University of Wollongong, with a background in sales, information systems, government and property development in the Illawarra and Shellharbour, Nathan’s working career has been built on putting clients first.
Known for his efficiency, energy, integrity and knowledge of the property market, Nathan finds Illawarra Estate Agents to be an excellent professional fit. As Nathan observes, “Illawarra Estate Agents is the leader when it comes to raising professional standards and embracing innovative ways of serving its clients – the depth of skill, knowledge and professionalism in this team makes me proud to represent this office, free of the constraints of a labelled franchised office. I love helping clients realise their dreams through Real Estate in an environment allowing me the freedom to tailor a program to best suit the individual client's needs, rather than that of a brand or a head office. At the end of the day, each homeowner and each sale is different, and the best outcome it truly the one that best achieves your goals!"
Nathan says that his objective is to “provide the kind of service I’d expect if I were engaging a real estate professional: I would want experience coupled with up-to-date knowledge about the property market and the forces that affect it. I’d want an honest, tireless worker on my behalf.”
Nathan’s impressive work ethic has paid dividends for his clients at a diverse range of price points. “The Illawarra Real Estate market has a diversity reflected in my happy clients – whether it’s your first home or your most ambitious residential development, I value the privilege of trust clients place in me to deliver exceptional results. I work tirelessly to reward that trust.”
Nathan has a young, growing family based in Flinders with his schoolteacher wife Ally, daughters Lucy, Rosie and Penelope, Harvey the dog, and from time to time, a lot of rescue cats!
As a car enthusiast, Nathan’s ideal home would probably be a 50/50 split between house and garage – although all other members of his household have been changing his mind on that one….
