I was impressed with the marketing kit of photos, drone images and descriptions of the property highlighting its features. Nathan and his team worked hard to make the property available to potential purchasers through both regular weekly open inspections and one-off inspections to suit the timing of individual purchasers. Nathan kept me advised by phone conversations of progress after each inspection, as well as by weekly written reports. The final sale was made as the result of a pre-auction bid which we were very happy with. During this process, Nathan continued to communicate well between the purchaser, myself and my lawyer, and I understand that everyone is happy with the process and the outcome. I have enjoyed working with Nathan on this sale. He has made the process as easy as possible for us.
