Nathan was open and honest from the start he explained everything in detail from the beginning. It was an easy process with Nathan, for a first time seller I felt very comfortable with the process and we were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Nathan you will not be disappointed.

Purchasing a property has been a nerve-racking experience. We feel comfortable with Nathan's approach and guidance in the entire process. He keeps us informed every step of the way but without being pushy. He understands our needs and is quick to provide the necessary information and assistance we ask for to make our decisions. I think he is fair and can balance the interests between the vendor and the buyer.
Our dealings with Nathan made our sales journey stress free and most importantly we were kept informed of every detail along the way in a timely fashion. Nathan was not only empathetic to us as sellers but also to our buyers, which for us was also very important. Would recommend him hands down every day of the week for all our real estate dealings. Not only for getting us the best price but for his integrity as well. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling our duplex.
Our property sold at auction and achieved the reserve price. It took just under 4 weeks to auction day from listing the property for sale. Prior to listing, Nathan advised us on which renovations to do to maximise the sale price and recommended tradesmen known to him. Due to good planning/ scheduling, the renovation and styling was completed in just over a week. During the sale process, Nathan kept us regularly informed about market conditions, updated us regarding open home visitor numbers & feedback about the property pros/ cons/ price estimates etc. Due to this regular communication, we were fully prepared for auction day. Based on our good experience, we can recommend Nathan to other vendors without any reservation.
Nathan has been extreme professional and helpful during the whole process. One of the nicest agents in our journey who has made our process much easier and enjoyable. He is very responsive and transparent which we really really appreciated.
Nathan is extremely comfortable to deal with, his rich knowledge, experience offered us so much confidence. For every question or trouble we had, Nathan always had a solution, this is why you need a good agent. Highly recommend Nathan, I’m sure he won’t let you down.
I knew Nathan from property inspection in 2022. He left very professional impression. The way he introduced the property and the knowledge that he passed onto customers are so impressive. I rate 5 stars not only because of his professionalism, but also he can always think from customer’s perspective to provide solutions. He is the agent that I want to keep long term relationship. All the best Nathan, keep in touch, you will be my agent of the next property.
Nathan was proactive in helping me to prepare the house for sale and even went above and beyond when needed to get things done without hesitation. He listened and delivered results that met and exceeded my expectations. He was able to match the house with the right prospective buyer and worked to negotiate a deal for a win-win outcome. I'd like to thank Nathan Circosta, Peter Gow and the Ray White Carlingford team in making me feel like a valued customer. :)
