We were quite disappointed with the final service, it was a great service in the beginning but not at the end. There has to be a strong and firm communication between the agent and the seller that the property needs to be cleaned before full payment was made. The owner did not clean the property at all and left it with a message that due to the electricity cut off, they could not clean the place. To me this is really silly as the property needs to be cleaned regardless wether they have electricity or not and they should cut off the electricity after they cleaned the property. I have written an email about this to Nathan, but did not receive any reply back. It was disappointing.
