This particular situation was a very tough process. Nathan keep calm during some intense conversations which suggested he was confident in his knowledge of the process. I paid a fair market price for a rare property, so all up I think he tried his best to balance the interests of all stack holders. Being a first home buyers I don't know to much about real estate. But all in all I think he did a good job in a difficult situation.

Nathan was extremely helpful in the purchase of my flat in Labrador!
