I asked Nathan to value our house and quote for the sale as we were using his office to manage the rental of the property. Nathan's quote was competitive and his valuation was the nearest to what I predicted. Two other valuations were 10-20k lower and their costs were higher. Nathan advised on a few minor cosmetic updates and arranged for the handymen to do the jobs. The property photos were excellent. Nathan also advised on a reliable conveyancer. The house sold on the first day. We were offered the asking price and the sale process was problem-free. We live far away from Bendigo, so we were very happy that we did not have to travel to complete the sale. We would certainly recommend Nathan and his team.
