Nathan from the get go made me feel like I had known him for ages. This made me feel very comfortable. Sadly my property seemed to be ignored for some time and the fact it was not attracting any offers did not seem to raise any alarm bells. Even after numerous conversations about my concerns. I felt that when my property started effecting stats that is when it started to draw his attention. Nathan obtained an offer substantially less then what I was told the property could sell for. For reasons beyond his control there were a few hiccups and he managed to keep the sale of the property on track for a substantial reduction in price. This showed me he was a great negotiator had I have a had a poor one the sale would not have gone through and I would have been stuck between a rock and a hard place.Nathan is great at what he does he just sadly well overpriced my house at the time of listing which lead to a few other complications.
