I have not been able to rate the Market knowledge for Nathan precisely, as I only looked at 1 property with him and I did not really discuss the market, purely only the home that is being purchased. He has been helpful, returns calls & messages when expected. His overall approach was professional, efficient, friendly & courteous at all times.
