Purchasing or Selling a home is perosnally a pet hate of mine as a majority of Sales Agents can be demanding, arrogant and ignorant. However Nathan seems to make the experience less painless. We originally purchased this home from Nathan and also developed a friendship with him due to his honest and ethical nature, we would not have secured the home if Nathan hadn't acted on behalf of his client in the way he did. These personal qualities combined with his ability to market the property professionally are relective of the great outcome of the sale.
