From the 1st time we met with Nathan it was clear that he offers a real estate service that is targeted & goal focused. He gave us very clear guidelines about the type of service that he offers & the costs involved. He uses a specialised photography service which gave us clear realistic photos. Nathan then holds private viewings in addition to the standard open house. He and/or his team provide feedback every step of the way. When it came to the sale, he was available for both the purchaser as well as ourselves. He celebrated the sale with us & continued to keep in touch to ensure that settlement went smoothly. Since settlement, the new purchaser has had some questions. Nathan has facilitated communication to ensure that all correct information was passed on. Nathan was very accommodating with any requests we had with the property we were looking to purchase.
