Excellent Communication

We would happily recommend Nathan for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. We found all of our interactions to be really easy because he was so friendly and respectful. Nathan was very transparent and informative throughout our involvement, which led us to have a level of trust in what he was doing. We were very proud of how our home was represented during the sale, and with Nathans negotiation skills our home was sold for more than our asking price within a short period of time. This process was made much easier because of Nathan’s communication skills. He worked hard on the sale of our home and was often in negotiations late at night and over the weekend. We did not have to wait long periods of time to hear back from him. If he wasn’t able to take our calls, he would typically phone us back within ten minutes. This has certainly reduced our stress during what can be a very difficult time for a young family.
