Nathan showed me the property in some detail, explaining the variables involved, and answering all my questions including re strata, parking and flooding issues and in my negotiations re the sale price, and in conjunction with my solicitor in helping to facilitate the settlement, given that I at the time was living quite a long way away in Sydney.
