I felt as though he had our best interests at heart & offered quality & sound advice when it came to organising building & pest inspection. He accommodated all our requests, and liaised with his client to give us extra opportunities for additional inspections (electrical and solar). He was very responsive, and kept communications flowing, keeping us in the loop at all times.

While doing his best for the home owner he also did his best for myself (the buyer). found a good middle ground while providing a good service. Always early to appointments, never had to wait on him
