Nathan helped the reviewer sell this property

Lovely guy!

As my title says, Nathan is a very pleasant and lovely person who isn't bothered too much about the "small details" like the initial listing price which we subsequently reduced three (3) times before reaching an offer.. It must have been quite easy to be a real estate agent during the past three years (e.g. rising tide lift all the boats)... I should also point out that he came highly recommended by Prue Fletcher whom we really acknowledge as the world-class professional. We'd met Prue when we bought this property - she represented the seller; however, she was so professional that we'd made the point to come back to her when/if we wanted to sell the house.. Nathan's performance was also greatly (and negatively) affected by his colleague - Kaye Hoverd (pls see our separate review).. So long story short, rather disappointing experience and if we had to do this again, we would engage some other firm...
