Nathan's manner is professional, polite, calm, always available to help and will get back to you as soon as possible. When he does an appraisal he doesn't ask you too many personal questions which other agents tend to. He is trustworthy, you will feel confident in the information he provides you. He does the leg work to get you a good price. Real estate agents of this calibur are few and far between. I would absolutely recommend Nathan and advise to get an appraisal with him to see for yourself.
