My wife and I could not have been happier with Nathan when selling our house in a tough market recently. What distinguishes him from so many is that he is not lazy and works his backside off, something that clearly has rubbed off on him from his mother Kathleen (who is also a gun agent). He was always very quick to respond to any queries or questions that we had, clearly followed up on all leads, provided regular feedback and went out of his way to help present, promote and market our house as we believed it deserved to be. We are totally convinced that these efforts actually SOLD the house in 2 weeks to one of three interested parties after it had been on the market with another agent for almost 5 months with next to no real interest.
