Nathan scores well in being warm and approachable for any questions. He wasnt sure of some of our questions like - what is the size of the plot and the size of the house, he mentioned there is air conditioning initially and then we see its not there and he meant evaporative cooling. But on an overall view Nathan is a good agent to engage and I will not hesitate in recommending him to a friend

Nathan was great agent overall, only thing i would like to mention that an agent needs to be more specific about telling people regarding step to step buying property as some customers dont know few things such as final inspection to be undertaken 3-4 days prior to settlement and letting people know whats not in working condition instead of what are feautures, OVERALL GUD.
