Nathan was helpful, professional, and always made sure we felt comfortable and informed. He was always available to chat and showed kindness and understanding throughout the selling journey. We really appreciated his support throughout the whole process.

He was always available, or got back to you quite quickly, even after hours. When we thought things should be a certain way or we wanted something and it was not in the best idea for selling our home, he would give his opinion in an authoritatively, gentle understanding way. He was always pleasant to deal with, even when we disagreed with things We have sold other homes before and we never had the confidence in the realeste that they was just working for us, but they just wanted a quick sale. His advise was spot on.

Once an Agent got a hold of that we were planning to sell once we did renovation. I have had non stop calls, txting, emails from agents everywhere. I had to be firm to tell them don’t call me or txt me. If I want you. I will let you know. At this stage I was getting frustrated. As we needed to do work on the house. And they knew this. Now how I came about to know Nathan. I put all my details of the house into open agent. I wanted to see how much it will get estimated at. Not expecting them to ring me. But the next day they did. I initially wasn’t happy they did. As I didn’t want to discuss my plans as of yet. But the she asked me if I had any questions to ask her? Then I thought yes I have one? So I asked her just questions in general. Then she said you know who would be good to sell your home? Nathan Hunt. Then she proceeded to tell me that he was the best one as he made many sales, he won awards for best agent. He’s sold many homes in my area. And he’s a genuine nice guy and clients have been very happy with him. Then she said do you want me to get him to call you? Usually I would still say no because we still had to do renovations on the house. But she had me curious. So I said yeah ok get him to ring me. So next day I get a call From Nathan. And I start discussing things with him. And one of the first things I told him was don’t ring me. Because I have had so many Agents ring me over the years. And I don’t like it. He said no worries that’s fine. When we are ready then give him a call. I honestly thought yeah alright let’s see if he does. I didn’t have much faith it him. Because I told the other agents in the past and they still did it. To the point I told them off. But Nathan never did. This was a Big Plus for me. Because to me it told me that showed he had confidence in himself. He sold the house and we are very happy with he’s services and he did great on the price. I would definitely recommend Nathan 100% If I had to sell again no problem. You can’t go wrong
