Nathan has shown great resilience and dedication in supporting us in the sale of our property. It took a bit longer than expected and we have had a few learnings out of the process too. For other vendors put there, I would recommend thinking from a buyer point of view in your situation. Eg. If you have a property with Tenants, use real images instead of a virtual staging, so customers are not shicked at inspection. If you are going to vacate and repair your property, do it from the start, if you can afford to. Another point is that buyers may delay the decision to wait for options if your property is on Private Sale, so if you can hold an auction, then do that from start. Lastly, please dont believe in the first valuation given to you by the agent, always assume $30-50k below it, so your expectations are real.
