Nathan is a knowledgeable agent who knows and understands the area very well. However, his communication style could have been better, offering the same information/questions to all vendors. This would have made communication more coherent. It would have also been appreciated if he took the time to listen to the vendors instead of rushing the property onto the market. Apart from that, the sale was quick and he did remain professional at all times.
