Nathan and Ashley are a great duo. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. While we didn’t get close to our asking price, they did sell the house quickly for us. However there was little communication and miscommunication after the sale when we had contractual questions etc about important items enquired about from the start, which caused a great deal of stress. I think it’s important that the communication continues to flow until settlement as things arise to ease the seller’s mind.
