Nathan is a very friendly agent with a sound knowledge of the industry. Prior to the campaign he was highly efficient at arranging for our property to be listed ie- staging, photography etc, however, we found that he set expectations too high, overestimating the value of our property. His communication and feedback throughout the sales campaign did not meet the expectations we had agreed upon, which we found disappointing considering feedback was provided on this throughout the campaign. That being said, once the property sold (at a lower price than we had even realistically expected) he was also very efficient with providing documentation and communication with conveyancers.

Nathan is very knowledgeable, experienced, highly professional and friendly. He made entire process of selling stress free by keeping us in loop the whole time.
