Nathan made it very easy to sell our house, and got us the number we wanted and all within 5 days from the ad going up. Initial offers came in and he quickly negotiated the interested parties up to the price we were looking for. Throughout the process he kept us fully informed and we always knew exactly where everything was with the negotiations and how the process was going after the contracts were signed too. Nathan also provided great contacts to help with staging and design to best present the house for photography and opens. Overall Nathan made it a very smooth, simple and painless process to sell our house.
