What a refreshing change it was to have an agent so open, honest and professional. From day one Nathan was prompt, reliable and even though he had such a high volume of homes on the market, we were made to feel like ours was the only house he was selling. His indicative price was accurate, he was not pushing us to sell quickly or for a price we were not happy with and most importantly he was not hounding us to list our property like the other agents were after the initial market appraisal.
