As most people do, i too did some research online to find glowing reviews of Nathan. As selling a house is one of life's most sizeable investments, getting the right person on your side becomes critical. Now as all things online, i have a belief that treading is required with some caution, and when things seem to good to be true, they often are, but not in this case.......... After a phone call directly to Nathan, he was very considerate and asked what felt like very measured questions, ones which allowed him some insight into my requirements without being over bearing. He focussed on my needs not on "the sell", which i must admit i was half expecting, but i was wrong. After a 10 minute conversation, i was comfortable for Nathan to come over and progress the conversation in a slightly more comfortable surrounding. During our meeting, Nathan revisited our previous conversation and delved a little deeper with his questions this time. He spoke of his value proposition being one of local knowledge and an extensive network of both buyers and sellers. I was suitably impressed with the fact that he was able to produce a bunch of documentation including comparable sales, analytics on market trends and a list of potential buyers already in his network. Clearly he had done some homework on our property and had come prepared for a much more thorough conversation than i had anticipated. At this point i had witnessed enough to feel more than comfortable and hired Nathan as our sales agent. Over the next few days Nathan had brought out his colleagues to view the house and look to tap into their networks also, i found this to be a refreshing initiative, i am so used to isolation in sales environments, was great to see the Sweaney boys collaborating. Within a day we were receiving calls and setting up viewings from prospective buyers from previous engagements. Within two weeks we had sold the house. Couldn't be happier with Nathan, he works tirelessly.
