Nathan was friendly and thorough with the process. He was good with the process description and things to expect ahead. Very patient with us in answering to our queries. This was our first sale, so probably we had asked a lot of questions He had been quite well-known in the area and knows the suburb. He is professional and handles the situation quite well. However, the expectations set at the very start were high (realistic and the figure was shared by him) and he kept on asking us to reduce it. Even the sell price was way lower than the expected price window. The communication and campaign feedback throughout the process did not meet the expectations we had initially agreed. The process felt more like a transactional sale rather than a consultative one.
