Throughout the campaign, we welcomed over 30 groups through the property, conducted multiple second inspections, and provided transparent feedback from the market, both positive and negative. Based on the buyer activity and feedback received, I also recommended an adjustment to our strategy prior to auction to help improve the likelihood of achieving a higher successful result.
In relation to having buyers “on the books,” it’s important to understand that there isn’t a secret pool of buyers that only certain agents have access to. Active buyers are generally searching across all major real estate platforms and engaging with multiple agents at the same time. As an agency, we sell a significant number of properties across the surrounding suburbs and regularly communicate with our buyer database, while also exposing properties to the broader market to ensure maximum reach.
The level of interest generated throughout your campaign demonstrates that the property was exposed to genuine buyers actively looking in the area. While not every campaign results in a premium price & sale, we remained proactive throughout and worked hard to create every possible opportunity.
