Nathan scores well in being warm and approachable for any questions. He wasnt sure of some of our questions like - what is the size of the plot and the size of the house, he mentioned there is air conditioning initially and then we see its not there and he meant evaporative cooling. But on an overall view Nathan is a good agent to engage and I will not hesitate in recommending him to a friend

Hi Krish, thanks for the review. I do recall that I wasn't exactly 100% sure of the size of the property as we hadn't received detailed plans so we were going off approximates provided. The land was advised as approx 400m2 ( exact size 399m2) which was in the plan of subdivision in section 32 statement. Inregards to air conditioning it was advertised with evaporative cooling so not sure where the confusion was however sorry for any miscommunication.
